Dr. Halil is an Istanbul-based Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery Specialist with over 20 years of medical experience, specializing in rhinoplasty, functional nasal surgery, facial aesthetics and head and neck procedures. He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and completed his ENT and Head and Neck Surgery specialization at Harran University Faculty of Medicine in 2012.

Dr. Halil has extensive clinical and academic experience in ENT and head and neck surgery, having served as a faculty member at Kafkas University Faculty of Medicine and Istanbul Atlas University Faculty of Medicine.
